The PME Legend Strutter 2.0 Pilot parka is a half-length jacket made of melange twill, with a wind- and waterproof finish. The Strutter 2.0 Pilot is inspired by the parka, which was developed back in the early 1950s in the U.S.A. for airplane crews stationed in extremely cold locations.
